1. Purpose of the Service

SPEDChat provides AI-powered educational information and general guidance related to special education, disability services, IEPs, Section 504, IDEA, and related topics.

The Service is intended to help parents, caregivers, educators, and other users better understand special education concepts.

Use of SPEDChat does not create:

By submitting information, you grant SPEDChat permission to process that information solely for providing the Service.

Please do not submit confidential records unless you are comfortable doing so.

Whenever possible, remove names, birthdates, addresses, student identification numbers, and other personally identifiable information before uploading documents.

7. Subscription and Billing

Subscription fees are billed according to the plan selected at checkout.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

Fees already paid are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, branding, graphics, text, software, and materials on SPEDChat are the property of SPEDChat unless otherwise indicated.

No portion of the Service may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or sold without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SPEDChat and its owners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service.

Use of the Service is entirely at your own risk.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."

SPEDChat makes no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, completeness, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
